We provide economic impact assessments that help clients understand and communicate the likely effects of investment, development and policy interventions, whether supporting a business case, planning submission, investment proposition or strategic decision. Evaluation

We help clients understand what has worked, what has not, and what should happen next. Our evaluation work supports local authorities, combined authorities and other public sector bodies to assess the effectiveness, value for money and longer-term impact of programmes and investments.

We support monitoring and evaluation frameworks, theory of change development, process and impact evaluations, and Green Book and Magenta Book-aligned evaluation design. Our approach is practical and proportionate, while generating robust evidence for future investment decisions.
